Invalid Objects in the APEX 4.0.x Schema (APEX_040000) After Upgrading to APEX 4.1 (Doc ID 1469669.1)

Symptoms

An APEX instance has been upgraded from APEX 4.0.x to APEX 4.1. Once the upgrade is completed the following APEX packages in the APEX 4.0 (APEX_040000) schema are shown as invalid:
