Symptoms

When running the upgradeOpss() command, the following LDAP error occurs.

SEVERE: Error Modifying JPS Schema:javax.naming.NoPermissionException: [LDAP: error code 50 - Insufficient Access Rights]; remaining name 'cn=subschemasubentry'
Command FAILED, Reason: Error Modifying JPS Schema, Record: dn: cn=subschemasubentry
