EBS connector 184.108.40.206.0
Oracle EBS user is the APPS user. This is the seeded superuser account in EBS, it practically owns or has privileges to all EBS objects.
XXOIMFND user is the user created (as per the requirements of the connector) by running the OIM.sh script.
Manually provisioning a resource for a user gets the following with user XXOIMFND :
When using the Oracle EBS user, there is no such issue.
