Cannot Access APEX Using OHS Port When APEX Listener is Configured in Weblogic Server (Doc ID 1470155.1)

Symptoms

APEX Listener is installed and configured in Weblogic Server.

Can successfully access Apex using the WLS managed server port.

Cannot access Apex using the Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) port.

Using http://<server:OHSport>/apex results in a blank screen.

The following errors are logged in the OHS log:
