DataDirect Connection to a DB2 Database Throws "Unsupported VM encoding Cp836" Exception (Doc ID 1470229.1)

Symptoms

When testing a datasource connection to a DB2 database which is supporting Multi-CharSet (accepts Chinese Chars),  "Unsupported VM encoding Cp836" exception is thrown.

Changes

Issue only occurs when connecting to DB2 server which is supporting Multi-CharSet.(it Accepts Chinese Chars).  Issue does not occur connecting to DB2 server which is configured with a single charset.
