Symptoms
In Spaces, selecting the Mail All Members option in the Members Taskflow is composing an email to all members of the Space whereas it should be composing a list to just the members of the SubSpace.
This is seen on the Members Taskflow, as well as on the Manage > Members page of the Subspace.
