Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.4.0 version, B2B Engine

When B2B attempts to send messages to a trading partner, the following error occurs.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy composite to send outbound messages to B2B Server.
2. Deploy outbound agreement to pick up messages and send to trading partner.
3. Activate agreement and error occurs.
