Unable to Configure Cluster Node when Running Installer (Doc ID 1471165.1)

Symptoms

When running Installer command per <> the following error occurs

Unable to copy the file Y:/bin/ConfigureClusterNode to
//199.134.224.241/steldev6/install/ConfigureClusterNode. Y:\bin\ConfigureCluster
Node (The system cannot find the file specified)

CMD: Installer --set-ClusterNodeIntradocDir=e:/stellent/steldev6_stub --set-ClusterNodeName=oirecmsdvwa04 --set-ClusterNodeAddress=10.101.38.11 --set-ClusterBinDirRule=local ConfigureClusterNode ConfigureAdminClusterNode
