Symptoms

When attempting to validate the schema for the JMX report config and report group config the xsd files are not found at the expected locations https://xmlns.oracle.com/coherence/coherence-cache-config/1.0/coherence-report-group-config.xsd and https://xmlns.oracle.com/coherence/coherence-cache-config/1.0/coherence-report-config.xsd, and hence the XML files can not be validated against these schemas, e.g. when creating these files in Eclipse
