  Can not add altServer attribute in RootDSE in OID 11g versions (up to 11.1.1.6)

  Fails with:
  
  add altServer:

  modifying entry
  ldap_modify: DSA is unwilling to perform
  ldap_modify: additional info: Invalid attribute name altserver
