Symptoms

 We are using OGG EXTRACT FlatFile Adapter to write trail data to flat files using multiple EXTRACT.  But we see an occasional error:

Error occured in filewriter.c[2629]: Error flushing file: /dwggate/dirdat/PBDIA/ffdest/RDS_BDIA.SYSDBA.ENI_ITEM_2012-05-25_11-28-20_data.dsv.temp
Error occured in flatfileuserexit.c[74]: Fatal function failure, ABENDING

But when restarted, it runs fine.
