You are unable to log into the Worklist Application. You are able to view the Worlist Application login page and enter the username and password correctly. Next page you get an error and you are not able to access the Enterprise Application.
You see following error in the screen:
"An internal error has occurred. Please contact the administrator or Oracle Support for help"
In the log files you see:
