Symptoms

I'm trying to install/upgrade Oracle WebCenter Sites 7.5 on Windows 7. The installer exits with an exception and I am unable to finish the install/upgrade:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
at COM.FutureTense.Apps.CSSetup.L(y:596)
at COM.FutureTense.Apps.CSSetup.main(y:2933)
