Navigating From Tag Center Page Results In Error Rendering Activity Stream (Doc ID 1472860.1)

Navigating from the Tag Center (after selecting a tag name in the Tag Taskflow) back to the Activity stream in the Space is returning a popup error message stating " WCS#2012. : User: productivity not found in identity store." Where productivity is the name of the tag and not a user. Also this is causing the activity stream on the page to show no activities as it is looking for activities pertaining to the user productivity.

This is only happening when using a custom template / navigation that relies on  <ul> and <li> structure along with html links for the menu like < a href="/webcenter${menu.goLinkPrettyUrl}">${menu.title}
When using the seeded templates this issue is not seen, also when changing the customer's template to use an ADF navigation section in the template it also does not reproduce.

Errors are also seen in the logs pertaining to the message about not being found in the identity store.
