The following errors occur when selecting an application Manage Applications:

A repository error occurred.
oracle.imaging.ImagingException: TCM-00787: A repository error occurred

ErrorCode = oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceException, ErrorMessage = No service defined for IPM_APPLICATION_DOC_SECURITY

This occured after applying <Patch:12382579> and <Patch:14252714>.
