Symptoms
Incorrect context links were generated by CS when using render:callelement with scoped="stacked". For example when calling a page through Satellite servlet, the urls generated by render:gettemplateurl tag contain ContentServer as the servlet rather than Satellite, or blob urls generated by render:getbloburl yield BlobServer as the servlet rather than Satellite.
