NullPointerException and sendMessageAsync(Unknown Source) When Getting a Response from a Secured Web Service (Doc ID 1474471.1)

Symptoms

2 way ssl configured between OSB 11g domain and Backend hosting a web service. All keystores and ssl, PKI Mapper are configured on OSB side, Business Service with client cert authentication pointed to secured web service created in OSB.

Security Provider is configured with with client certificate and assigned to Proxy Service.

When attempting to access a secured web service, the following error appears:
