Authentication Failure for User From OAM Log Even The Logins Are Correct When Using OID External Auth Plug-in (Doc ID 1474478.1)

Webgate is working correctly, credentials are correct, but when the user types in the credentials, they get "Login failed. Please verify your login information or contact the system administrator." message.

OAM Identity store is OID, but no password need to store at OID because using External Auth Plug-in and authentication are done at AD side.

From OAM log, this error can be found:
