SOA 11g: After Upgrade Soa-Infra Fails to Start in Cluster (Doc ID 1474558.1)

Symptoms

On restarting the cluster servers after upgrade, soa_server on node 1 started without any error. While the startup log of soa_server node2 showed the following error

 

Changes

Upgraded SOA 11g 2 node cluster environment from PS2 to PS5. Upgrade included SOA, OSB and WLS. However issue occurred only on starting soa_server on Node2
