Rwclient Command Line Run Generates Error REP-0178: "Reports Server Cannot Establish Connection" but Rwservlet is Working (Doc ID 1474595.1)

Users unable to run any report with command line rwclient.sh from Fusion Middleware Reports 11g installation. Runs fail with the below error:

The report server is up and running and able to run the same report using the rwservlet module.

To allow for non-Oracle users to run rwbuilder and command line modules, the 'sudo' utility workaround was employed.
