Symptoms

When using FileStoreProvider JDBC Storage, a RESUBMIT_FOR_CONVERSION (using either the Reposity Manager, IdcCommand, CIS/RIDC, or via web browser URL) causes UCM to overwrite an "Alternate" checked-in file with the "Native" checked-in file.
