Symptoms
The following error is encountered committing to IPM 11g from Commit Server 10.1351 (patch 3). They cannot recover until they restart the Commit Server. The error encountered is:
Failed to commit batch EXP0602123720607. Error Number: 40006, Error: Commit Profile - IPM Direct: The following error was reported by BeginCommit. Error Number: 462 Error Description: The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable
