Symptoms
Downgrading a INTEGRATED Extract to Classic Extract on a RAC environment causes the Classic Extract to fail with following error message
GGSCI> alter <group> downgrade tranlog
Extract <group> successfully downgraded from integrated capture.
GGSCI> start <group>
