Wrong Content-Type From SSXA for Images with PNG Extension (Doc ID 1476363.1)

Symptoms

PNG images content-type is being returned as Application/png when accessed through SSXA website instead of image/png. This causes problems with external monitoring tools.
The PNG images are checked into content server and have the Application format set as image/png.
