Bond1 (eth 4 & eth5) not working on Compute Node in Exalogic Environment (Doc ID 1476545.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic environment running with EECS April 2012 PSU version 2.0.0.0.1, issue of Bond1 not working on some Compute Nodes was observed. At the time of the issue "showvnics" command executed on Infiniband GW switches was showing status of VNICs as "WAIT_IOA" for compute node which had issues with Bond1.

Below is snippet of output, in this example snippet you see compute node "el02cn02" which has bond1 issues has VNIC status showing as "WAIT-IOA"

Rebooting of Compute Nodes, Infiniband GW Switches, Infiniband BX Bridge Manager, was not helpful, still issues exists. Also cabling from Infiniband Switches to Compute Node was verified and there were no cabling issues.
