Database Privileges Required For GoldenGate Monitor Repository Owner for Oracle database (Doc ID 1476638.1)

Goal

The OGG Monitor Administrator’s Guide 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.1) E17815-02, mentions that the account which owns the repository used by GoldenGate Monitor should have the following privileges:  "SELECT permission" and "Privileges to create a database and the objects in it".

We are using an Oracle database as the respository.  Is there a more detailed list of exactly which privileges are required?
