Symptoms

After upgrading OGG from 10.4.0.19 to 11.2.1.0.0 the following error is returned when trying to start the EXTRACT:

 OGG-00303  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, XXX.prm:  Unable to connect to database using user gguser@XXX. Please check privileges. retrieving bind info for query.

 Simple upgrade from GoldenGate version 10.4.0.19 to 11.2.1.0.0
