OVD DynamicGroups Plug-in Functionality Does Not Allow WebLogic Server to Return Static and Dynamic Groups from ODSEE to UCM/ECM/WCM (Doc ID 1476980.1)

Symptoms

A new dynamic group was created.

For example -

dn: cn=<UID>,ou=Groups,o=INTERNAL,dc=SUFFIX_DN
cn: <UID>
memberurl: ldap:///ou=People,o=INTERNAL,dc=SUFFIX_DN??sub?(givenname=<GN>)
objectclass: groupOfUrls
objectclass: top
ou: Groups

A static group is also created where the user is a member but when using the OVD DynamicGroups plugin, the dynamic group is not returned.
The group returns no members even though a user exists.
