What is the Impact if the Database Charset is Changed from WE8MSWIN1252 to AL32UTF8 for an ADF Application that has JSPX Pages Declared with Windows-1252 (Doc ID 1477537.1)

Goal

Having a database with charset WE8MSWIN1252 and an ADF web application whose jspx pages are declared with windows-1252 charset.

The database charset needs to be changed to AL32UTF8 - and will the ADF web application then still work unchanged with the windows-1252 charset definitions in the jspx page declarations?
