ADF_FACES-60097 Caused by Corruption: 0 Bytes Files (Doc ID 1477631.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to click on the TEST tab in the Enterprise Management Console (EM), the following error occurs:

Stream closed

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #13

Changes

 We identified that there are couple of 0 byte files:

folder:  $Oracle_Middleware_Home/user_projects/domains/<my-domain>/sysman/mds/partition1
