B2B Console and (and EM Console) Pages Not Rendered Properly (Doc ID 1478513.1)

On : version, Core B2B Platform

When B2B and EM Consoles are accessed the pages are not rendered properly and appear garbled.

Since a supported browser is being used the pages should be rendered correctly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on B2B or EM Console.
2. Initial page appears garbled.
