GWWS return HTTP 400 error code (Doc ID 1478626.1)

Symptoms

While calling SALT native Tuxedo webservice by remote client Apache CXF, GWWS occasionally reply with http code 400. The environment is SALT Version 2.0, 64-bit, Patch Level (none) and Tuxedo, Version 10.0, 64-bit, Patch Level 042

Step to reproduce the issue:

1. Boot the GWWS
2. In the command prompt telnet to GWWS listening port, like below:
$ telnet GWWS_Host port
3. Once you get the telnet prompt just enter carriage return "CRLF", you will get below message:
[tux@tapastest simpapp]$ telnet IP_ADDRESS PORT
Trying IP_ADDRESS...
Connected to HOST_NAME ( IP_ADDRESS).
Escape character is '^]'.

HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request
Connection: close
Content-Length: 0

Connection closed by foreign host.
