The Following OLE2 command fails with a FRM-40734 & ORA-305500 when Oracle Forms is deployed on a Windows 2008 R2, or above, Operating System

The forms were migrated from Oracle Forms 10.1.2.x on Windows 2003 64bit Operating System to Version 11g on Windows 2008 R2, or above.
