Oracle Service Bus Console Doesn't Show User Groups (Doc ID 1480201.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Service Bus (OSB) is configured to use a custom LDAP configured with 500+ users and 500+ groups. LDAP is configured with a MaxPage search of 500.

When "users and groups" tab is accessed in wls console, weblogic shows the first 500 users or the first 500 groups (added to local users). When seraching for a user/groyp that is not shown in these 500 users/groups, weblogic search it in openldap and it returns the result.

But, when the security page in Oracle Service Bus console is used, the scenario doesn't work for groups and the following message is thrown:
