Purpose

This document is provided for security issues released in the October 2012 Security Advisory for versions 11.1.1.4, 11.1.1.6, and 11.1.2.0. At this time, 11g customers should refer to the latest CPU for cumulative fixes and instructions for newer 11g versions.

Critical Patch Updates (CPU) and Security Alerts
  •     Check for latest Security Advisory and a Patch Availability Document for your product
  •     A Security Advisory documents the vulnerabilities for a specific CPU release.
  •     A Patch Availability Document provides the cumulative patches and instructions for each product version within Lifetime Support as defined by Error Correction Policy Policies (Note 209768.1).

 After installing or upgrading your Oracle Reports environment, you may encounter "REP-52262: Diagnostic Output is Disabled" error when attempt to access any of the Reports Servlet web commands.  This document will give you a good understanding of the error message "REP-52262: Diagnostic Output is Disabled" and the property associated with it.
