Symptoms

Using WebCenter Content 11g and the Folders_g component.

Selecting "Enable Metadata Prompts" on the "Hierarchy Folder Configuration" page, does not save the setting.  When looking at the Folder Information page, the "Enable Metadata Prompts" option is always set to "No", even though it was selected on the configuration page.
