OAM11g : OAM Proxy Port Reverts Back To Default 5575 After Admin Server Restart (Doc ID 1480842.1)

Symptoms

OAM 11.1.1.5.2
Webgate 11.1.1.5.2
Jrockit 28.1.3

OAM proxy port reverts back to default 5575 after Admin Server Restart, if previously changed in oam-config.xml.

It is possible verify that performing these steps:

1. Start AdminServer ONLY. Access OAM Console, change the proxy port. Copy oam-config.xml to oam-config_changed.xml
2. Stop AdminServer and start it again. Copy oam-config.xml to oam-config.xml_afterAdminrestart.xml
3. Check if the Proxy Port has been changed comparing both files
( oam-config_changed.xml and oam-config.xml_afterAdminrestart.xml)
