ImagePicker in FCKEditor is not getting enabled even after including the imagepicker id in the FCKeditor's Attribute Editor XML code, as described in the Content Server Developer guide, section Enable “Image Picker” for the FCKEditor (https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E28662_01/doc.76/content_server/cs_developer_76p2.pdf page 380 or http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E29542_01/doc.1111/e29634/dev_attributeeditorsbundled.htm#i1029671 ).
