User Unable To See Published Objects (Doc ID 1481277.1)

Symptoms

Users on re-imaged machines using a known good MSI package are not seeing any published objects.  All users on the affected machines cannot see any published objects, inclusing users that work with no issues on other machines.

If the Enterprise Single Sing-On Administrative console is installed on an affected machine, it can connect to the repository with no errors and can publish objects, however any attempt to enumerate the contents of any OU containing published objects will cause the error "unknown error (0X8000500c)".

Changes

 The machines affected are either new or re-imaged.
