Symptoms

When a WebLogic Portal (WLP) EAR is deployed to a cluster through the weblogic.Deployer script with the parameter -appversion 1.0, the Producer WSDL shows the port number of the managed server instead of the front end port which is configured.

If the same application is deployed through WebLogic Server (WLS) Console, the WSDL retains the correct frontend host port.
