When running Import Server as an application, the Capture printer can convert documents and create batches without problem. However, when starting the Capture Import Server as a Service, the following error is returned:
07/31/12 13:55:13 1317 ***Error***Unable to locate a printer to convert documents with.
07/31/12 13:55:13 5139 The attachment [3 docs AP Invoice Coversheet with barcode - coding.pdf] was determined to be invalid.
