Running Capture Import Server as a Service Returns Error "***Error***Unable to locate a printer to convert documents with"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When running Import Server as an application, the Capture printer can convert documents and create batches without problem. However, when starting the Capture Import Server as a Service, the following error is returned:
07/31/12 13:55:13 1317 ***Error***Unable to locate a printer to convert documents with.
07/31/12 13:55:13 5139 The attachment [3 docs AP Invoice Coversheet with barcode - coding.pdf] was determined to be invalid.
