Question: Why does OGG v11.2 trigger ignore INDEX REBUILDS on System Generated Index (SYS_C%)

conn new/new

create table test (a number primary key, b number)
SQL> select index_name, index_type, table_owner, table_type, include_column, generated, status from user_indexes;
SQL> alter index SYS_C0016894 rebuild online;
