How to Check the MessageQ 4.0A Rolling Patch Level (Doc ID 1482135.1)

Goal

MessageQ 5.0 has '$BEADIR/udataobj/patchlev' file which will show the current patch level. Since MessageQ 4.0A does not have this file, how to check the Rolling Patch level?
