How To Purge Audit Information From UCM Tables (Doc ID 1482441.1)

Goal

Your company policies do not allow the configuration of the autoextend property on tablespaces. One result of this is that as certain tables grow larger, you see this error:


This is especially true of tables containing UCM audit data like:

DOCUMENTHISTORY

DELETEDROWS

ARCHIVEHISTORY

WORKFLOWHISTORY


Eventually the tablespace(s) fill up and UCM crashes. You would like to know whether there is a way to purge these tables or limiting the audit level.
