Upgrade installation fails with following errors:
[fatwire.logging.cs.request] Content Server failed to parse and decode the URI. CS will fall back on the servlet container's request processing logic to decode the parameters instead. (java.net.URISyntaxException: Malformed escape pair at index 86: http://localhost:8080/cs/Install?COMMANDNAME=READURL&USERNAME=ContentServer&PASSWORD=&upgrade-log=%2Fopt%2Ffatwire%2FShared%2FUpgrade%2Fupgrade-log-080709110122.log&TREETABLIST=Active+List%3BAdmin%3BQuery%3BSite+Admin%3BSite+Plan%3BWorkflow%3BDesign%3BSite+Design%3BMarketing&SharedDir=%2Fopt%2Ffatwire%2FShared&pagename=OpenMarket%2FXcelerate%2FInstallation%2FTreeTabs%2FUpdateTreeTabs&TYPE=CALLELEMENT)
