Personal Folders Not Showing On First Load Of Document Explorer

Testing Active Directory (AD) users access in WebCenter Spaces.
On the 'My Profile' page within WebCenter Spaces, clicking on the 'Documents' tab returns the error:
"Directory not found.
Contact the administrator to ensure that the configuration is correct and that the /PersonalSpaces/<FOLDER> directory exists and is accessible."
