Soon after upgrade from WebLogic 10.3.0 (or 10.3.1, or 10.3.2, or 10.3.3) to 10.3.4+, WebLogic instance is failing with error:

The above error can be observed in WebLogic server log file <DOMAIN_HOME>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>/logs/<SERVER_NAME>.log
