Symptoms

In JDEV when tried to complie a WebService the following error occurs:

Project: D:\<your_path>\<your_project>.jpr
D:\<your_path>\composite.xml
Error(23,30): Load of wsdl "http://<your_path>/TestService?wsdl" failed
Error(68,127): Cannot find Port Type "{http://xmlns.oracle.com/<your_path>}TestService" for "Service" in WSDL Manager
