WebCenter Capture Import Server Fails to Delete PDF After Import And Displays "Error Number: 75 Error Description: Path/File access error"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
PDF files are not being deleted after import from file. The Import Server log shows the following error message:
- This only happens only for specific PDF files. Others process correctly without error.
- The account that the Import Server service runs under does have full control on the folder and file.
