Symptoms
Non-English characters (e.g. Umlauts "ü") are shown in Verifier, but when the information is exported to XML these Umlauts are gone (e.g. "Gebühren" becomes "Gebhren" in XML file). No errors are displayed and apart from this problem the XML output looks correct.
